Welcome to Labour Bridge International. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our recruitment services, whether you are a job seeker, employer, or any other user of our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

 

2. Definitions

  • "We," "Our," "Us" refers to Labour Bridge International, a labour recruitment agency based in Canada.
  • "Client" refers to any business or organisation seeking to hire employees through our services.
  • "Candidate" refers to any individual seeking employment or placement services from us.
  • "Services" refers to all the recruitment and staffing solutions provided by Labour Bridge International, including but not limited to recruitment, placement, visa assistance, workforce mobility, and consulting.

     

3. Services Provided  
Labour Bridge International offers a range of recruitment services, including but not limited to:

  • Local and international recruitment
  • Temporary, permanent, and contract staffing solutions
  • Executive search and headhunting
  • Immigration and visa support
  • HR consulting and workforce planning
  • Training and skill development
  • Career coaching and job placement assistance

     

4. Client Responsibilities  
By engaging our services, Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete job descriptions and requirements for recruitment purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including labour laws and equal opportunity employment policies.
  • Pay all fees and charges as outlined in the service agreement, including any placement or recruitment fees.
  • Treat all candidates with respect and follow fair and ethical hiring practices.
  • Notify us immediately if there are any changes to the job opening or if the selected candidate is no longer required.

     

5. Candidate Responsibilities  
By using our recruitment services, Candidates agree to:

  • Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information during the registration and recruitment process.
  • Cooperate with our team during interviews, skills assessments, and other evaluation procedures.
  • Keep us informed of any changes in their contact details, job preferences, or availability.
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including securing necessary work permits or visas for employment in Canada or other locations.
  • Acknowledge that placement in a job is not guaranteed and is contingent upon the employer’s decision.

     

6. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Client Fees: Clients agree to pay the recruitment fees as agreed upon in the service contract. Fees may vary depending on the type of services required, the position being filled, and other factors.
  • Candidate Fees: Candidates are not required to pay any fees for using our recruitment services, unless otherwise stated in specific cases such as training or skill development programs.
  • Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in full within the specified period as outlined in the service agreement. Delayed payments may result in the suspension of services.

     

7. Confidentiality  
Both Clients and Candidates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the recruitment process, including personal details, resumes, business strategies, and proprietary information. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the recruitment process has concluded.

 

8. Data Protection and Privacy  
Labour Bridge International complies with all applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all personal data provided by Clients and Candidates.

  • We will collect, use, and store personal information only for the purpose of recruitment and staffing services.
  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

     

9. Disclaimers

  • Labour Bridge International makes no guarantees regarding job placement for Candidates or the suitability of Candidates for any given position.
  • While we take reasonable care in vetting Candidates, we do not assume liability for any issues that may arise from the employment relationship. Clients are responsible for final selection decisions and ongoing employment management.
  • We do not guarantee the success or longevity of any placements and are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the employment or termination of employment.

     

10. Limitation of Liability  
Labour Bridge International is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by either Clients or Candidates as a result of using our services, except where such damages arise from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

11. Termination of Services  
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services if a Client or Candidate fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or violates any legal or ethical obligations. In such cases, any outstanding fees will remain due, and no refunds will be provided.

 

12. Governing Law  
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Labour Bridge International operates.

 

13. Modifications  
Labour Bridge International reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients and Candidates, and the revised terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
