4. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, Clients agree to:
Notify us immediately if there are any changes to the job opening or if the selected candidate is no longer required.
5. Candidate Responsibilities
By using our recruitment services, Candidates agree to:
Acknowledge that placement in a job is not guaranteed and is contingent upon the employer’s decision.
6. Fees and Payment Terms
Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in full within the specified period as outlined in the service agreement. Delayed payments may result in the suspension of services.
7. Confidentiality
Both Clients and Candidates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the recruitment process, including personal details, resumes, business strategies, and proprietary information. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the recruitment process has concluded.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Labour Bridge International complies with all applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all personal data provided by Clients and Candidates.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee the success or longevity of any placements and are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the employment or termination of employment.
10. Limitation of Liability
Labour Bridge International is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by either Clients or Candidates as a result of using our services, except where such damages arise from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services if a Client or Candidate fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or violates any legal or ethical obligations. In such cases, any outstanding fees will remain due, and no refunds will be provided.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Labour Bridge International operates.
13. Modifications
Labour Bridge International reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients and Candidates, and the revised terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
